Anyway, I thought she and the photographer needed some help making this whole setup look real, since the prosthetics were of an unnatural shade and were plain as day where they met the rest of her.

Many brush strokes with various tools and a couple of GIMP filters later, and our ribbon winning lass now looks like she actually sports those boobs.
